I acquired a new i5-9400f CPU and PUBG PC. Following the installation of the CPU, I experience severe screen tearing while playing PUBG. Disregarding suggestions to enable VSync due to its impact on input lag, I have also reduced my frame rate cap to 74, which has not resolved the issue. My system specifications are as follows: i5-9400f, GTX 970 4GB OC Edition, 12 GB RAM (4x1 and 8x1), Asus B365M-A Mobo, Corsair 650W PSU, and an LG Monitor with a refresh rate of 75Hz. Please assist.

Activate Fast Sync in the Nvidia control panel, or acquire a monitor supporting adaptive refresh rates.

Vsync, adaptive Vsync, and half adaptive Vsync are the available options. Fast sync is not an option.
