I've noticed my frame rates dropping in games lately. For example, CSGO is running at 150 FPS on low settings, and the same with League of Legends. My setup includes a Ryzen 2600x x470 gigabyte ultra gaming board, 16GB RAM at 3000MHz, and an RTX 2060. I've updated everything and even performed a clean Windows install. If anyone can assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Increase your settings to the highest level and check if it boosts your frame rate. The game's resolution might be limiting your powerful hardware, particularly in lighter titles such as CS:GO. Your GPU is running at 38% utilization while your CPU usage is likely even lower.

It doesn’t seem like there’s an issue with your hardware. You might want to reinstall the game since some files could be damaged. Also, consider running Malwarebytes and the adware cleaner to check for hidden threats. I’m not sure, but it detected five adware files during the scan. After the scan, you noticed improved frame rate and reduced latency.

I don’t have a typical FPS range, but I usually perform around 60 frames per second.

Consider moving your graphics card to a different PCIe express slot. If that doesn’t improve performance, try installing outdated graphics drivers from an era with higher frame rates.
