So everything occurred within the last hour or so. Earlier today the adapter was functioning properly with no problems. I powered off my PC normally, and about an hour later I turned it back on to discover that the network adapter wasn’t listed. I checked Device Manager and saw it under "Hidden Devices." I tried reinstalling the driver, but nothing changed. I went back into Device Manager, uninstalled the driver, and restarted the PC again. Now the adapter isn’t visible at all—it seems removed from the system, even though it’s physically installed on the motherboard (ASRock Taichi B550). I cleared the CMOS, reset the BIOS, and searched extensively online for solutions within the past hour. No specific fixes were found for the board itself. I haven’t had any success in identifying why this happened, and I’m hesitant to back up and reinstall Windows again just to test if it helps. If anyone has any advice or a solution, please let me know. I’ll keep monitoring this over the next couple of hours.

It's resolved, I powered down my PC for about two hours and it's functioning properly now. I'm not entirely sure what caused the issue, but it seems to have been resolved.
