I accessed my PC and it's a Novatec 600W semi-modular power supply.

Are these PSU voltages suitable? Your PC often blacks out and then displays a yellow VRAM indicator on MOBO. The PSU appears to be quite old, and your current setup includes a 16GB Kingston Fury 5200M DDR5 RAM. With the new Ryzen 7600X and a 600W PSU, it seems your system may not be optimized for the upgrade.

It seems you're checking if the GPU is drawing power properly under load. The VRAM area should correspond to the GPU RAM, so that's a good starting point. If you have an integrated graphics CPU, stress testing without the 1080TI might help. A faulty PSU cable or GPU power draw issues could also be the cause. How recent is your PSU?

Looks like the system is operating under heavy demand.
