You might be able to exchange it at a physical store. Warranty claims are usually handled through RMA processes. If the seller insists on shipping to China for free, that seems unreasonable since most customers wouldn’t purchase MSI products anyway. The company’s stance might be incorrect.
I actually took out Samsung Magician, though I only installed it because Samsung claims it’s needed for optimal performance on my 970 Evo. After removing it, my game crashes in BO4 stopped, so I moved on to test RDR2—it crashed within ten minutes of starting. That helped one game. I still have a Samsung 970 Evo NVME as my boot drive, but it’s now working fine. My new motherboard has been installed and so far no crashes; I reached around 20+ on BO4 and played RDR2 and other games without any issues. The new PSU hasn’t arrived yet, but I might return it since it doesn’t seem to be the problem. I ran Fur Mark and Prime95, and with both CPU and GPU at full capacity, there were no power problems. I tested it for two hours to check stability, and everything is now working properly.
