I have just upgraded my computer. Here are the details of my system.
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M Plus
CPU: AMD FX 8320 black edition
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050
HDD: 2TB WD 5400rpm
PSU: Cooler Master 600W 80+ Bronze
The only components I added were the graphics card, power supply, case, and hard drive. My main games are Fortnite and League of Legends. I conducted some research and believe my configuration should handle these titles smoothly, particularly League. I usually play Fortnite at medium settings, achieving around 60 fps, though it stutters significantly in densely populated areas. For League, I keep the settings very low and cap at 60fps, but performance drops noticeably throughout the match. Before upgrading to the GTX 1050, I used a Radeon 6670 and played League of Legends at maximum settings, consistently getting over 100 fps. I don’t think my current setup is inherently too weak, although it isn’t optimal. I feel like higher frame rates would improve my experience with these games.

How are your temperatures?
The FX series usually runs smoothly when overclocked. I’ve pushed my cinebench form 654 past 750, which has caused some stuttering. Also, ensure you have the newest GPU drivers installed. Avoid programs that suddenly start in the background and consume resources.
