I'm dealing with this odd issue where static appears briefly for a millisecond at unpredictable moments. It shows up when launching Destiny or entering zones, but not just on my primary screen—multiple monitors are affected. It usually happens one at a time, then seems to repeat on the same monitor until it resets or shuts down. I've tested with FurMark and it worked fine during testing. After reinstalling Windows earlier, it occurred even while installing programs or watching content. I also experienced it while using Hulu. My system specs are: Windows 11, Intel 9900k, Radeon 6900xt, 850W power. I've tried several fixes: reseating the GPU, reinstalling drivers with DDU, changing cables on all monitors, and reinstalling Windows. The video evidence suggests it starts at the top left corner and moves toward the bottom right, likely on a different monitor.
