I'm not sure what's going on, but it's really bothering me after a while of gaming. Things like game crashes happen sometimes, but then they keep coming back until I have to restart the whole thing. Sometimes the screen just freezes or shows a blue screen without doing anything. I've replaced the RAM thinking it was the problem, but now I'm worried about the M.2 slot. The OS still works, but I think the GPU might be the issue. I've tried a clean Windows installation five times and it still behaves the same way. I don't think overheating the CPU or GPU is the cause, since both are at normal temps even when stressed. My PC specs are: an Intel Core i7-14700K, a Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT, two 15GB DDR5 RAM sticks at 6000Hz, and a 1TB Samsung SSD with 98% health. What do you think is making my PC act this way? I also considered the GPU drivers might be faulty.

Start by playing games at a reduced resolution with the CPU’s built-in graphics. Check for any crashes. If you encounter issues, it suggests the problem is with the 9070XT. Share your results!

The system is running the newest bios. It started using them recently, and problems began prior to the update.

It seems the CPU is likely the issue, since the Task Manager isn't responding and games aren't launching.
