You're experiencing memory-related crashes despite stable BIOS and no other overclocking. The problem seems tied to the memory kit itself, possibly due to compatibility or validation issues on your board. You've already tested several fixes—adjusting frequency, timings, slots, voltage, and BIOS updates—but nothing resolved the issue. Consider checking if your motherboard supports XMP profiles for this specific kit, verifying that the RAM is properly seated and compatible with your system's firmware. If the problem persists, it might be worth reaching out to Asus support or exploring firmware updates for your board.

13900k is a strong chip, which means it can become unstable without proper cooling. Consider testing Prime95 Blend with the jedec configuration for a short time to check for issues. If it doesn’t crash, enable XMP and see if y-cruncher VT3 fails—this would point to RAM problems. You should be able to achieve 6400MT/s, indicating the CPU and its settings are likely the cause; adjust accordingly.

Honestly, those QVL RAM kits are just a suggestion—the actual performance might not match the rated speed. The problem could lie with the motherboard. I think the Asus Prime line isn’t great for memory overclocking. Still, 6400 is a decent boost. If you turn on XMP and then set the clock to 6000, does it hold up? You’ll need a specialized tool such as the ones referenced in the post or Memtest86+ to confirm stability.
