I need to restart the clocking but I'm unsure how to reach my bios. I've searched for instructions, but nothing seems to work. On startup, the computer doesn't show a way to press an F button. When it powers off, the monitor immediately switches to power save and won't turn on until Windows launches. I'm using Windows 10.

If the Delete option isn't available, attempt to reset your CMOS settings.

Try using the Delete button immediately after pressing the power button. If that fails, attempt to reset your CMOS. Thank you, but I already discovered how to access it! The issue was because my monitor automatically goes into sleep when the PC shuts down, so I switched the input to my TV instead.
