You're experiencing high FPS numbers when fighting players, even with a decent GPU and mid-range CPU. It's not uncommon for performance to dip under certain conditions, but it could also depend on game settings or other system factors. Your current configuration with low graphics and 1280x1020 resolution seems reasonable, but let me know if you'd like help troubleshooting further. Thanks for checking in!

Consider MSI Afterburner. 4460s runs a bit slowly.

It seems you're wondering if achieving 100 fps on every game is feasible with your GTX 1070 at low settings.

Check your GPU usage in Task Manager. For your setup (MSI 1070 gaming + i7 6700), it should be within normal ranges. Consider upgrading the CPU if performance feels slow.

I suggest focusing on a stable gaming setup that ensures smooth performance. Prioritize a reliable graphics card and a good CPU to maintain consistent frame rates. Consider using a dedicated gaming monitor for better visibility. Adjust your settings to prioritize performance over visual fidelity, ensuring you can fight effectively at 100-120 FPS.

The GPU is fine, not relying on that CPU probably. It's a low-end CPU from three generations back. My old 4690k was limiting my 1070, so I'm sure your 4460s are causing the same issue. I suggest considering a 4770 or 4790 for replacement.

Usually the main reason is your CPU struggling to keep up.
