Experiencing issues with 18.04 on your PC is a common concern.
I'm facing issues with my Phenom II X3. It takes a long time to open anything, and YouTube stutters when I do anything in the background. I tried using Windows on an old SSD I own, which worked better, so I assumed the hard drive was slow. After a speed test, it showed the drive was only 5% slower than expected. I installed Ubuntu on the SSD and everything is still the same. My CPU looks fine, but I’m worried about what’s happening. I’m planning to upgrade to an X6 soon, so if I just have to wait, I’ll figure it out myself. Please, experienced folks, help me out!

I'm streaming on Twitch and it's currently at 18%, which is acceptable.
