Experiencing issues when launching Forza Horizon 5.
Hi everyone! Been having this issue for a week, almost two, where I am unable to play this game. I launch as admin and i cannot get to the start screen (will attach video). I've been to every corner of the internet for support and no one is able to figure this out. I've followed all sorts of youtube videos however they all say the same steps. I've disabled firewall, i own no AV software and even when i do a fresh restart with nothing open the game still crashes. I used to be on windows 11 before i reverted back to windows 10 because i didn't like it BUT the game worked there. FH4 works on windows 10 as well as all my other games (F1 2020/21, RDR2 etc.). I've already done a fresh reinstall of the game but no difference in start up. I got the game via Game Pass on PC. CRASH VIDEO: https://streamable.com/2ph0g5
For your convenience, I recommend including a crash log if the game is disappearing. Otherwise, this message won't help much.
I experienced the same issue mostly, though it stops working a bit sooner. It might be related to the game pass.
I've encountered problems with FH4 before, especially on the Windows Store version. Typically, resolving those issues involved updating Windows, the game itself, or any Xbox services or apps it uses. It's a good idea to keep Windows Update current and ensure all store apps are fully updated.
