Experiencing instability at a frame rate of 240 frames per second while playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
My gaming setup includes a Asus strix b360 h gaming motherboard, an Intel i5 8600k processor (unmodified), 8gb of G.Skill ddr4 2400 memory installed as a single stick, a GIGABYTE RTX 2060 SUPER WindForce OC graphics card, and an Asus xg258q 240hz monitor. My power supply is an Antec 750w unit. During Counter-Strike Global Offensive gameplay, my central processing unit reaches approximately 75% utilization while the graphics card operates at roughly 40%. The CPU temperature peaks at 70 degrees Celsius. When playing solo maps with both players, I consistently achieve frame rates between 250 and 300 frames per second. However, within competitive matchmaking and on Faceit, my frame rate is limited to 140-220 fps, which proves insufficient for optimal performance. I am seeking a sustained frame rate of 240+ fps. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The limited memory capacity is significantly impacting system speed. Consider upgrading to a 2GB x 8GB memory module.
