My computer frequently shuts down unexpectedly while I'm gaming, often displaying a blank screen or freezing and needing a forced restart. This issue isn’t limited to specific games; it occurs across numerous titles. Prior to this, my system operated without these problems, but I recently added 16 Gigabytes of memory.

Here are my computer specifications:
AMD 970 Pro Gaming Aura
AMD FX-8350
GTX 1050
24 Gbs RAM
SSD

Discard your existing memory and operate solely on 16 gigabytes. Adding additional RAM can lead to system instability.

To improve performance: Disconnect your existing memory and operate solely with 16GB. Adding additional RAM may lead to system instability, and combining different memory modules can cause problems. I will inform you of the results.

Here’s a revised version:

Simply uninstall your existing memory and operate on the 16GB configuration. Adding additional RAM can lead to system instability. I discovered that my new memory modules weren’t properly seated, so I corrected the installation and now it functions correctly. Thank you for your assistance nonetheless.
