CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
RAM:Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith Gaming 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000
Motherboard: PRO B650M-P
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GX2 600
GPU:Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 7600 8 GB Video Card
Pcpartpicker list:

I've been trying to get this rig to work for weeks now brand new out of box parts. I have debug lights on solid for both CPU and DRAM.
I've double checked my PSU connections pushed all the RAM tried them in all slots. I've returned the motherboard and CPU with new ones with no luck. I've flashed the bios to a couple different versions. Ive check everything is compatible with my motherboard. At this point I'm waiting on a PSU to see if somehow the CPU isn't getting power.
My GPU isn't here it's on backorder but I've tried getting video from other GPU's with no luck but integrated should work too
Anyone else having issues with this and has suggestions or knowledge?

Did you only use the cables that came with the PSU?
Do you have the motherboard's User Guide/Manual?
Go through the entire document carefully, focusing on every detail, warnings, and notes.
(For instance, some boards need the first RAM slot to be filled in a particular way—like DIMM_A2. This detail is often easy to miss.)
Check online for the latest information when relevant.
Perform the same process for all other installed parts—read thoroughly, verify everything twice.
Speaker: If needed, connect a small speaker and listen for any error codes.
In most cases, it should be just a minor oversight or mistake.
Pay attention to the details.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Your setup uses a low-end power supply. The case you chose was considered too hot by most reviewers. Have you installed the RAM in slots A2 and B2? Since your CPU comes with a built-in cooler, have you experimented with that while the components are being connected? You should also be able to function without a separate GPU because your processor includes an integrated graphics solution.

So I finally managed to post bios after reading this and following the steps you shared. I used a stick of RAM in DimmA2, cleared the CMOS after loading the BIOS and got video. I had tried similar methods before but with the older motherboard and CPU, so it’s possible I had a faulty chipset or board. Thanks for the tips! I hope this helps someone else.
