When using Mozilla Firefox, I experience a stuttering effect while scrolling up and down. On YouTube, I notice noticeable lag between typing and the displayed letters. This issue appears only when a game is running in the background. It affects not just Mozilla Firefox but also slows down the entire computer, especially when the CPU is at 100% usage.

My system specifications are:
- Rysen 5 2600 (not overclocked)
- RX590 Gigabyte 8GB RAM
- Corsair 2400mhz LX360
- Power supply: 500W EVGA Bronze 80+
- Motherboard: B450 M.2
- SSD: 512GB with Windows installed
- HDD: 2TB
I also have a video link here:

When launching the game, open Task Manager, navigate to the details tab, select Modern Warfare, adjust processor affinity to normal, as the game typically sets it to high by default. If problems persist, refer to my guide for optimal performance in that title. I'm happy to help, though my English isn't perfect.
