I experienced a crash about 24 hours ago and haven't tried to fix it since. It happened again a week back, but I managed to resolve it then. After some time, the system restarted and I contacted Microsoft support, using a tool to reset all drivers. Despite this, I'm still facing problems. They haven't reached out in over five days. My friend is eager to play with me, so I'm really hoping for assistance. The issue seems linked to an event saved in OneDrive within the Event Viewer, specifically from the last 24 hours after the crash. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Hardware: Windows 10 RTX 3090, 5950x, Samsung 980 SSD, 2 TB, M.2, G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB, 3600mhz, RM1000 PSU, ASUS B550 gaming Wi-Fi 2.
