I was considering the same idea, but after checking the speed test, 0.12mbps doesn’t look sufficient for a 60 GB game to run smoothly.

I finally discovered the solution. I enabled the Lenovo Nerve Center with network priority, and turning it off resolved everything. I'm really pleased with that.
