Lately my Wi-Fi has become very slow—down to about 0.12 Mbps download and 0.21 Mbps upload. I’m using a wired connection, but the issue only appears when I launch games. Before starting them, the connection is solid, around 90 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. Someone might help me understand what’s going on.

Swap the Ethernet cables. Take out the modem/router, then reconnect. Verify the Ethernet drivers in Device Manager.

They repeated the same steps multiple times. They also switched to older drivers, but it didn’t help.

Have you tested another Ethernet cable? Check if it fixes the problem.

I think you're connecting with an Ethernet cable. Let's try a different one. It could be damaged.

Attempted a different approach. Identical outcome occurs.

Do you have an extra laptop or computer available? Connect the cable and check your connection speeds. Honestly, it could point to a motherboard problem.

It occurs exclusively when launching a game. Possibly after about 15 minutes it resolves itself.
