Ok, so you are getting two different MCi codes. Think of them as sub-errors. Both of them unfortunately point to the CPU. One is a an error while fetching an instruction from the L1 cache. The other is and error when reading data from the L1 cache. So the common denominator here is issues with the L1 cache. A faulty CPU is the main suspect, but there are some other things that can cause this. You already ruled out overclocking, but make sure that PBO (Precision Boost Overdrive) is set to Disabled/Off in the BIOS. This is pretty aggressive automatic overclocking and was intended by AMD to be off by default, but some motherboard vendors decided to change the Auto to mean On to get better reviews. I haven't seen a Chipset driver update fix WHEA crashes in years, but it's always worth a shot. I prefer using the Chipset driver straight from AMD. You are already on the second newest BIOS, but I would try version F16 (Versions that end in a letter are beta versions so I would skip 17C). Of course updating the BIOS is always scary on an unstable machine so it's up to you if you want to try this. I'm not sure if your board's Q-Flash Plus functions like Flashback where it can recover a corrupted BIOS if it crashes during an update. There is also a small chance that it's the motherboard or PSU tripping up the CPU, but that's less common.
You received the PSU today and have a warranty on the CPU. Decide whether to replace it or not based on the warranty terms and your needs.
If your CPU remains under warranty, I would definitely reach out to the seller or AMD for a warranty return.
