He recently upgraded his Windows Dell machine and continues to encounter a blue recovery display. After some investigation, we successfully booted into safe mode without issues, with everything running smoothly. We examined for damaged files and confirmed they were intact. Confused, we attempted to restart the system and returned to the home screen, where the display transitioned from pink to green after about ten seconds of mouse movement. I looked it up and found the problem likely relates to a graphics card issue, possibly caused by a loose connection or driver conflict. We tried disconnecting and reconnecting the graphics card, but the same issue persisted. If it's a driver problem, how can he update or fix his drivers without another computer for installation? I’m also worried we might be missing something else entirely.
