The liveupdate feature in ASUS GPU Tweak II stopped working, so I reinstalled it. The previous version, when overclocked, would reach 108% GPU speed. I switched to OC mode (overclock) but ended up at 105%. Additionally, the GPU model detected changed—my card is an ASUS Strix GTX 1060 with 6GB, but the MSI afterburner shows GeForce 1060 6GB, not ASUS Strix. This inconsistency is confusing. The issue seems to be with the detection and settings. I also removed the ASUS GPU Tweak app and used MSI afterburner.

Both names are actually shortcuts. The full name of your card is "ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 1060 6GB". Afterburner doesn't recognize the manufacturer (ASUS part) or the model line (Strix part), which is why it displays different names. ASUS GPUTweak software isn't very effective, so using Afterburner is a better choice.

ASUS GPUTweak software isn't very effective, and you're definitely better using Afterburner instead.
None of these changes impacted my performance? Because the ASUS tweak identified a completely different GPU, and my GPU speed dropped from 108 to 105 in both OC mode, so I just removed the ASUS GPU tweak.

This does not influence the performance of your GPU.
