It looks like the capacitors are terminated to the same pads. If you look at the other capacitors within the same area(vertically), you can see a break in-between, indicating solder mask. With the questionable capacitors, you just see silver/gray in that area, indicating they're bridged together. And this might be the root cause of the issue that the user is experiencing, and it just took time for it to be exposed. Sometimes you can bridge parts together, but that is a very specific design, and I have only seen that on rare occasions, and it's a last minute choice too lol. @saltcute Can you get a more clear photo of that location?

Suggest using an iGPU or another GPU if possible. This would help confirm the issue is with that specific GPU. Uncertain about how those connectors were assembled—they appear organized like a checkers board, but it looks off when you inspect closely.

It seems these caps were removed from a short or something similar. This often happens when metals physically contact the back of a card, possibly due to a PSU issue or another problem. It's definitely an unusual situation.

Ignored the fact that iGPU functions correctly, indicating a possible DGPU issue. Attempted to adjust the low power setting, but it led to returning to the main menu in Apex while freezing during the firing range load.

It seems like the graphics card is completely damaged. The warranty won’t help if it’s shorted out, so you might want to get a replacement card.

I've possessed this card for quite some time. Did you purchase it in its original condition?

Unless it was faulty during manufacturing, the card's condition seems questionable.
