Hey everyone, let's talk about this situation. Four years ago, I ended up in a tough spot with my computer. At first, everything worked perfectly—my setup was R5 3600, R7 265, B450M, and 16 GB of RAM. I didn’t notice any issues when it started. But after some time, problems began. It would stutter while browsing websites or playing games. Even after switching to an RX 570 GPU, the issue persisted, especially when launching Windows.

I tried replacing the graphics card, then upgraded the motherboard and case. I changed from a MSI board to a Mortar Max, and even swapped out my power supply for a newer Corsair model. Still nothing changed. Later, I moved to an RX 5500XT, but the same stuttering problems continued. I suspected the AMD chip was the culprit, so I ignored it for now.

After that, I upgraded to a R5 5600 and then switched to a Tomahawk Max 2 motherboard. The problem remained unchanged. Eventually, I thought about the CPU—upgrading from R5 3600 to R5 5600, even with two units, didn’t help much. I also changed the RAM from 16GB to 32GB, but again, no improvement.

I tried a new GPU, a better PSU, and even updated my RAM, but nothing stuck. The mouse cursor would freeze during games or while scrolling, and websites would lag. Even when using apps like Discord or Steam, the stuttering happened. Despite all these adjustments, the issue stayed the same.

I kept changing parts—motherboard, PSU, case, RAM—but nothing fixed it. I even considered the CPU again, but the motherboard switch didn’t help much either. Now I’m at a crossroads. I’ve spent years trying everything, and still nothing works.

I’m starting to question whether this system is fundamentally flawed. Maybe the problem lies with the platform itself, or maybe there’s something in the BIOS settings I haven’t adjusted. I’ve tried every fix, updated all drivers, and even checked for electrical issues.

I’m running out of patience. My mental state is strained. This high-end setup shouldn’t have such problems. I’m questioning whether I should give up and switch to a console. I just want a solution, not more frustration.

This situation has cost me time, money, and confidence. I’ve shared everything in detail, hoping someone else has faced the same struggle. But so far, nothing has changed.

Do you have any video cable adapters for your monitor? Is your mouse set up to use raw input? I’ve noticed some bad video adapters—like HDMI to VGA—can make the screen vibrate. Sometimes improper mouse configuration leads to problems too. Besides that, I’m not entirely sure about this. Your incoming willpower might be inconsistent, but I’m not an electrician, so don’t rely on my suggestions. Plus, I have no idea what you’re talking about.

You can verify the raw input by checking the signal quality and ensuring there are no distortions or noise on the HDMI connection.

Verify your mouse configuration. Typically, you can press the Windows key and look up "mouse" or "touchpad" to check if raw input is activated.

It seems the problem hasn't cleared up. Have you been using the identical monitor from the start of your setup? This might point to a display-related issue.

I own two televisions at home, yet after testing them, nothing has improved.

Have you explored another HDMI or video cable?

A local resident from the Philippines struggled to diagnose his PC problems until he realized the cause was high humidity. He resolved it by activating the air conditioner until room humidity dropped below 70%. This solution might be costly in terms of electricity usage. His computer also faced other complications. Affordable humidity sensors are widely available. If you're not concerned about humidity: - I saw your kc3000 model experiencing issues, similar to others with phison e18 controllers. It seems they were resolved after updating the firmware or trying alternative drives. - Check if any local repair shops offer warranty checks for specific components. - If unavailable nearby, inquire about shipping options to distant stores. - Otherwise, consult a nearby PC repair service. - If none help, it appears the AMD 4th generation might also be affected. This situation echoes cases of people with humidity concerns and those who bought certain GPUs that developed unusual odors or melting smells. The replacement units from another brand eventually fixed the issue. Note: Changing parts didn’t resolve the problem.
