No, I wasn't referring to vcore.

The test didn't fail. It worked as expected.

Open the BIOS, adjust the RAM to 4800 default, and observe the performance. Jay mentioned in one of his videos that he followed the same steps, which is why he’s returning to Intel for his updated Skunkworks setup.

I changed my UPS but it didn’t work. I attempted it once and it passed a fast SHA3 test, then failed afterward. No clear solution left. I’m stuck. What options do I have?

I believe most people can manage, but you'll need to replace components until you locate the issue. I’d begin with a RAM kit from a different manufacturer on HCL motherboards. If problems persist, I’d switch to a 7600x CPU and test that. Should that fail, I’d try another power supply unit, then explore alternative motherboards if necessary. This approach highlights the challenge of building top-tier systems without spare parts for testing or swapping. You often have to spend money on parts just to check them out, deal with replacement RMA forms, and handle returns once you identify the problem.

Thanks for the guidance, Nyaa! I'm beginning with the advance RMA on the PSU after confirming availability with ASUS. Once they're in stock, I'll order a new RAM kit, then handle the RMA for the 7950X3D, followed by the motherboard. I also reached out to Jayz2Cents, who suggested checking the Hyte Y60 riser cable—probably worth testing tonight to see if it's the root cause. It would be great if that resolves the issue.
