Hello, I see you're facing an issue with your custom gaming PC. It seems the performance drops inconsistently, sometimes hitting 60fps while other times it's much lower. You've tried updating drivers and checked your hardware specs, but the problem persists. Your setup includes a strong i5 processor, a high-end graphics card, fast RAM, and good cooling. You're considering switching back to Windows 7 or 8.1—let me know if you'd like advice on that.

It seems your HDMI is using up your memory instead of the GPU. >.< Correction: If you're seeing 60 FPS occasionally, it might not be related to the GPU.

Use DDU and apply 361.75 – the updated drivers work better now

Additionally, surveillance systems aren't optimized for gaming purposes. Instead, consider using a WD Blue 7200 RPM.

The speed is unaffected by the drive, only the loading duration changes.

Have you ever played a game while your hard drive was busy, causing even more delays?

Unless your drive is damaged or it's an old model, you should experience no problems.
