Windows 11 Pro 64 bit MSI Pro B650-S features AMD Ryzen 7 7700x with Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5, Samsung 990 EVO 1TB, and MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Corsair RM750e. When I turn on my PC, it often runs smoothly about 20% of the time. If not, several issues may arise during startup:

- On first launch, the screen freezes completely but stays on power, never progressing.
- On the lock screen, the display freezes and turns black shortly after, with no further action.
- On the lock screen, the display freezes, goes dark, and the PC attempts to restart.

I’ve tried various fixes without success: updating BIOS, GPU drivers, using Windows Startup Repair, reinstalling Windows, running system tools (sfc /scannow, dism, etc.), reseating components, replacing RAM, CPU, GPU, or SSDs, and even swapping the GPU or SSD.

If you need visual evidence or more details, feel free to share photos or videos. I’m here to help diagnose further.

Check essential parts such as CPU, RAM, GPU and PSU on a different machine to verify their condition. If everything works, the motherboard might be defective. You can assess it by connecting components from another system. Good luck!
