I’m experiencing connectivity issues with several programs like Konami, Valorant, and Ubisoft. I don’t understand what’s causing the problem. I can’t access online services on those platforms, and when I try to connect, it shows no internet and nothing happens. I plan to reach out to my ISP, but could there be an issue with my PC itself?

It seems like a DNS issue might be the cause. You can open Command Prompt and run "ipconfig /all" to check if DNS resolves to your modem or a public provider.

Thanks for the response. I identified the issue—it was related to my Windows. After reinstalling, everything worked properly. The firewall was preventing connections before, and now it's resolved. If others faced similar problems, I recommend reinstalling Windows.
