Experience a drop in CPU clock speed to 1596 MHz during gaming while your temperature stays between 60 and 70 degrees.
You're experiencing performance issues on your gaming rig. The drop in CPU speed and FPS suggests potential bottlenecks. Check your GPU utilization, ensure proper cooling, and verify that your motherboard drivers are up to date. Consider testing with a different GPU or checking for overheating components.
Not adjusted since the build. What about the rest of the temperatures?
Verify mainboard temps using HWInfo64; the VRM seems underpowered.
@Keshav Rathi Try running ThrottleStop. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/tec...ottlestop/ Clear the BD PROCHOT box on the main screen. That is a typical throttling method used by many computers. Post some screenshots if you need help. If your CPU is only at 60°C to 70°C it is definitely not overheating. It is likely a sensor on the motherboard that has failed or shorted out. This was a common problem on many MSI motherboards. Remove any GPU software when testing.
