I'm facing an unusual issue with my new Arc A580. Whenever I launch a game, the system crashes right away. The VGA error light appears on the motherboard and stays illuminated until I restart completely. It seems to be linked to the Intel graphics software—every time I reboot, the resizable bar in BIOS is disabled. I suspect a graphics card or motherboard problem, but my NVIDIA 1660 works fine. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 4500 TUF Gaming x570-Plus with Wi-Fi, a Vengeance LPX 32GB RAM (two 16GB), an APArc A580, a Crucial Ballistix SSD with two TBs, and a 650W ATX power supply.

Is this a freshly assembled model or was the A580 incorporated as an enhancement?

It's an improvement, but I handled everything you need to do after getting a new card, including the DDU cleanup and other tasks.

It seems the card might be damaged and should be returned to RMAd.

Hey, I thought that might not be true. The seller tried it while I was there, and it performed flawlessly on his platform.

I moved to the PCIE 3.0 slot and it functions, which suggests the issue might be with the motherboard.

Yes, I'm using the most recent motherboard BIOS.
