I own a 1280x1024 75Hz monitor and want to use stretched resolutions. For instance, applying a 16:9 resolution with a 4:3 stretch would be beneficial for games like CS:GO. Can I achieve this stretching, and if so, how do I implement a 4:3 stretch on my clean 4:3 monitor?

adjust display resolution to 16:9 and integrate horizontal scaling from both monitor settings and graphics card drivers.
