Which switches are you employing? SFP is available as an alternative. Even inexpensive 1GB modules can handle distances of 100 meters or more. (I’m currently using two 10G modules rated for up to 80KM!)

Fiber is strongly advised not just because you're close to the copper cable (about 105 meters technically), but also in case lightning hits the ground near your line.
