You can use the SSD with Windows 10 and run it on Mac OS while connected to the HDD, but you'll need a compatible setup.

You can with a virtual machine that supports using a physical drive rather than use a virtual disk drive. Here's a way to do it through VirtualBox: https://superuser.com/questions/495025/u...irtual-box
