The issue isn't about the main concern, it's about damaging the board by pouring alcohol on the mobile component, which is conductive.

It didn’t affect the motherboard, but I’m certain some residue remained on the processor pins. Shorting it might impact other parts, so you’ll likely need to replace those as well.

Mostly it wasn't the RAM, GPU, or storage. You might have damaged the motherboard (though I might be mistaken).

Consider using an extra PGA 1331 (AM4) CPU; it might indicate the motherboard isn't faulty, possibly just the CPU issue.
