Hello everyone, I've been experiencing problems with my CPU over the past couple of weeks. It varies from day to day—sometimes it's fine, other times it overheats. About two days ago, I applied new thermal paste and it improved significantly. This makes me wonder what's really going on. A few months ago, I replaced some fans and double-checked the instructions. My water cooler seems normal, so I'm still puzzled. Here are the temperature readings from my sensors. Am I in trouble? I only see high temperatures, but I don't have a clear picture of the issue. This data comes from a YouTube video I watched.

No, I didn't fully eliminate the previous thermal paste before placing the new one.

Consider this information above might influence temperatures since I recently overlooked removing the thermal paste, causing a rise of about 20°C during stress tests. Learn more below.

Great temperature! The cooler isn't working properly—pump not connected, stopped, blocked… just use the paste and see if it helps. These weird heat swings aren’t explained by the paste alone.

Reviewing the HWinfo page shows the pump and fans are functioning, with liquid temperature at 62°C. It might be worth rechecking the cooler's paste or seating. If the cooler had a protective plastic cover over the cold plate, you likely took it off—did you remove it?

Working with liquid at 62°C clearly indicates a blockage and poor water flow.
