just got up, well now we know something is up with your cpu. what you could try is to pull your cpu out, google how to if I remember right it helps if is a little warm to seperate CPU and cpu cooler and place it in again. it might be that your CPU is not seated well. BTW something I wonder about is that only the cores are tested normally you should have 6 cores and 12 threads and every thread should be under load.
