Hey everyone, my brother is setting up a new PC and installing Windows 11 on an M.2 Samsung card using his NZXT N7 B550 board. But when he tries to boot, the download stops and he gets a blue screen with an error code. His BIOS looks normal, so what should he do to resolve this? It just restarts repeatedly without finishing the installation.

Make sure the RAM is firmly installed. I’ve had cases where it wasn’t seated properly, causing issues like loading problems or crashes. This is usually the most unusual problem I encounter.

The RAM is properly installed, it begins downloading the operating system, but immediately when it nears completion or finishes, it crashes and displays a blue screen indicating an error.

Check installation without the key first. If successful, add the key after Windows is set up.

He spent $100 on the latest item, but can he request a refund? Since Laos doesn’t offer it right now, he might have to place an order elsewhere.

He can reuse the same key if it works, provided it's correct. Seeking an 8GB or larger drive should be straightforward and affordable.
