You're noticing that XMP is enabled but not set to 3600MHz, which seems unusual. I understand the settings and temperatures are fine. I'll look for the latest BIOS updates here. What kind of software problem do you think is causing this?

All drivers are refreshed first, and bios are updated. This behavior occurs in other games as well.

I checked it quickly — it’s the game. Many users face similar problems with high-end systems. Achieving 15-20fps is tough. It looks like a RAM issue triggers performance drops when using over 10GB. Some folks reported that reinstalling Windows helped. I’m stuck here now. Best of luck.
