Initially, thank you for taking the time to read this and for offering your assistance. This situation stems from ongoing frustration with how negative and unhelpful Blizzard and Activision have treated customers. The situation unfolded like this: on July 31st, I purchased Cold War on Blizzard and spent two days downloading it in anticipation. I had watched numerous videos and was eager to play it for the first time, believing it was the only familiar game and FPS I enjoyed—mostly on Cod Mobile emulators. It was a straightforward and enjoyable experience, and I thought the PC version would be superior in every aspect. After downloading, I encountered issues opening the game; it crashed multiple times during shader optimization and became permanently blocked on the main menu after several attempts. I assumed it was a bug or oversight, and Activision seemed to be laughing at the situation with mixed emotions. The biggest disappointment was not being able to play it after saving for it and waiting so long. My choices were either to appeal the ban or request account deletion. I submitted an appeal, but there was no response for days before I filed a deletion request via phone. When I contacted support, tickets vanished like they were never sent. Eventually, I received a message confirming my account was deleted. I hoped to fix this mistake or bug, but linking a new account only resulted in messages saying it was banned again. I’m uncertain what happened, but it seems their support policies shifted just days ago, prohibiting Blizzard access entirely and redirecting me to Activision. I’ve started communicating with them via email, and I’ll share all the details on Blizzard and Activision with you. Lastly, I apologize—I’m not fluent in English, but I truly appreciate your attention to this matter and your willingness to help. If you can assist with the game or a refund, I’d be grateful. The Imgur links with my conversations are attached for your reference.
Billzard refers to their support team as "Game Master" and "Specialist Game Master." That feels awkward. Why did you ask to delete your account? You were just waiting patiently for a reply and ended up submitting a deletion request instead...? Many players in CoD and similar titles using BattleEye Anti-Cheat have reported bans after using Windows 11, so it makes sense you were banned. If you didn’t delete your account, Activision support might have been able to assist, but since you did, their options are limited. Did you purchase the game via Blizzard’s site? Consider filing a refund request. https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/pr...1/solution
