I successfully reached wave 6 in vandul swarm, but I believe the game won’t progress until multiplayer is active.
Have you noticed the RSI chart at the top of the page? I just placed a 5 for my weapons to be eliminated, showing strong ramming speed!
The swarm mode seems to have a consistent pattern with no real variation. You noticed the same ships appearing repeatedly, and it appears the game doesn’t change much once you reach certain levels. Whether you can win or if it’s just repetitive depends on how you approach it.
Wave 15 marks the conclusion. If you manage to reach that point.
From a gameplay perspective, the experience will improve without multiplayer, allowing you to battle other players instead of just interacting with NPCs.
