I recently upgraded my entire setup because the old hardware was 8 years old. Everything had to be replaced, but I still wanted to keep my game storage on the new drive. It functioned well just a week ago, but now plugging it back in causes major issues—system crashes, blue screens, and resolution changes. My operating system is on another drive, and I’m not sure what’s triggering this. The error message displayed says: PFN LIST CORRUPT, which shows a picture of the disk information.

Your capture shows the C-drive listed. Have you verified that Windows began from your chosen boot device? Or is the system attempting to boot from an earlier setup? Review the BIOS settings for the right boot sequence.

It's a photo from my previous setup I couldn't access during the latest update because the computer crashes immediately when I try to open anything with the drive attached.
