It began after the initial phase. The period in between involved changes and developments, including factors like lightning activity and the connected circuit.

It seems there might be some technical concerns. Possible issues could involve the driver or GPU/motherboard bios. Sometimes Windows updates affect these components unexpectedly. Also, consider checking your HDD/SSD performance—especially if they're heavily used during frame drops.

HHDs prefer not to exceed around 80% capacity. They can manage it, though it’s not ideal.

This began about two days ago. No storms have hit recently, though a few weeks back there were a couple of strong storms that briefly cut power for a short time. Here’s your UserBenchmark score if it’s useful: Game 155%, Desk 101%, Work 147% CPU – AMD Ryzen 7 5700X; GPU Nvidia RTX 3070 at 147.1%; SSD CT1000BX500SSD1 1TB at 79%; HDD Team T253A3001T 1TB at 86.3%; RAM CL18-20-20 D4-3600 4x8GB at 100.5%; SSD MBD Asrock B450 Steel Legend at 113.8%.

I don’t use any hardware directly. My storage includes two HDDs, one for games I don’t play often and another I move to my SSD when I want to play them.

I just verified today it's not operating at full capacity during frame drops—it fluctuates between 0% and 1% while playing. My friend shared a Discord stream showing my experience, which I recorded as a video. The quality is low, making it difficult to distinguish the issue consistently, but if it functioned correctly, you should notice a stutter roughly every other second. Please let me know if you need any additional details.

I updated the setup and everything functioned properly before. I tried using an old RX 580 and noticed the issue disappeared. Then I reinstalled my 3070 and the problem returned. Now I’m more puzzled than before. If anyone has a suggestion, please share. For now, I’ll stick with the RX 580 to maintain some gameplay. Could the power supply be the cause since the RX 580 consumes less power? I have a new GPU arriving on June 1st; if the issue persists, I’ll consider replacing the power supply. Solution: Replacing the GPU Fixed. Edited June 1, 2023 by BushDidLewinsky Added Solution.
