I assembled a new PC two weeks ago using some components from my previous build. The new parts included: 3900x, x570 meg ace, 2080 ti, 32gb 3600mhz g.skills ripjaws, CPU cooler, 1tb m2 nvme drive, PG27UQ display port. Old components were a CD-ROM drive, a 120gb SATA SSD (Windows install), a 1tb SATA HDD, and Corsair HX850I. It seems the XMP setting and memory speed of 3600mhz in BIOS triggered the startup. Today I had to repeatedly power it off and on for about seven attempts before it finally booted. Once it did, everything functioned perfectly for hours until I shut it down. All components received power, lights came on, fans started, but the monitor failed to receive any signal and remained off. When it worked, the display showed normally.

Restart the BIOS and leave XMP turned off. Let the computer run normally for a few days and observe whether the issue continues. If it disappears, it’s likely related to memory. Note: After resetting the BIOS, also reset CMOS to potentially fix other boot problems.
