Yip, and even though I don’t reside in the US, Canada or the UK, businesses like Google and Facebook have faced problems due to their data practices in Ireland. Investigations have followed because of these issues. My concern is that most organizations struggle with these regulations since they operate elsewhere, which makes my desire for some online privacy more pressing than ever. It’s not a lot, but it’s sufficient right now.
