Event Kernal CrashLive 117
Hello. Occasionally my computer freezes unexpectedly. Details below: System specs include a Ryzen 5 2600, B450 Aorus Elite board, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz RAM, RX 580 GPU, 500GB SSD, and a WD Blue MX500 drive. Power supply is a MasterWatt 750W 80+ Bronze unit from Phanteks, paired with an Eclipse P350x case. Windows version 10_0_19042, service pack 0. Help needed—what could be causing this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
If you pushed the overclocking and increased voltages excessively, it might be gradually damaging your system. Does this apply to a brand-new PC or an older one that began acting up recently? (Sorry, my English isn’t great, maybe I messed up half of what I said.)
I'm sorry for the delay in responding, circumstances arose and I missed the comments – that's on me. By chance, the problem vanished after posting on this forum until today when I realized it again. This time, the situation is different: the issue is described as follows: Description Faulting Application Path: C:\Windows\System32\WerFault.exe Creation Time: 18/02/2021 16:21:24 Problem: Shut down unexpectedly Status: Report sent Problem signature Problem Event Name: BlueScreen Code: 4e Parameter 1: 9a Parameter 2: 376030 Parameter 3: 6 Parameter 4: 3 OS version: 10_0_19042 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_1 Extra details: The issue appeared to resolve after I joined this thread, but I remembered it now. This time, the affected component is my graphics card – overclocked using MSI Afterburner. If XMP is enabled, RAM is running at advertised speeds and I've tried adjusting its speed, though the motherboard refused: ┏━━╮┏┓ ┏━━╮ ┃┏╮┃┃┃ ┃┏┓┃ ┃┃╰┛┃ ┃┗┛┃ ┗┛╰━━┛ So far, some overclocking efforts but no changes in voltage. My PC was built about 18 months ago – not too old, but not brand new either. At the time I started this post, it crashed roughly 5 to 10 times before. I also turned off XMP settings around that period. Thanks for your assistance and apologies for the slow reply. '( ° ▽ ° )'
