My computer setup is:
Auros Gaming H370 motherboard
Intel i7-8700k processor
ASUS Strix 980 GTX graphics card
2x8GB G.skill Aegis DDR4 3000MHz RAM
Monitor: HP V242H

I’ve been extremely disappointed while attempting to resolve this problem over the last few days. I'm aiming to start streaming, however, even with frame rates exceeding 300, my games exhibit choppy and jerky performance during intense scenes, such as rapid camera movements and frequent ability usage in League of Legends. I’ve experimented with V-Sync, Adaptive sync, and Fast sync without success. I’ve also performed complete reinstalls of the games, drivers, and Windows – all to no effect. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Let’s identify any unnecessary pre-installed software slowing down your computer – excessive startup programs can significantly impact performance, causing it to lag. Verify your game's RAM usage isn't consistently near 90% or higher.

Furthermore, regarding recording quality and jerky footage… are you encoding in real-time while recording? Where are you saving the files—a traditional hard drive or a solid-state drive (SSD)? If you’re live streaming, what is your upload bandwidth and overall internet speed?

Utilize the Task Manager to observe if any processes are heavily stressing your hard drives during gameplay.

Your display may be substandard. It possesses a sluggish response time (5 milliseconds, and I’m unsure if that’s adequate for gray-to-gray transitions), and it limits you to a 60Hz refresh rate without any dynamic synchronization features.
