GPU scene is chaotic right now but a 2060 super sounds promising. I suggest keeping your GPU and upgrading to a 3600MHz CL16 with 2x8GB RAM for your 5600X. This should boost performance significantly in 1080p, though Tarkov seems poorly optimized.
