3DMARK or Unigine Valley is a GPU benchmark. Prime95 tests the CPU. Use temperature monitoring tools such as Open Hardware or speed fan controls. CPU-z helps view your system specs. I found a deal on 3Dmark for just $5 during last winter sales.
