Tested Latency refers to the actual time measurements taken during testing, while SPD Latency represents the standard or expected latency defined by the protocol specifications.

Ram modules contain several speed/timing settings. The SPD setting is the safe operating mode, and the module will default to that. For instance, it might be set to 2133 15-15-15-36 at 1.2v. The XMP profile reflects the rated performance of a kit, such as 3600 18-19-19-39 at 1.35v. To activate this, enable XMP in the BIOS.

The measured delay occurs when XMP is activated. SPD delay refers to any profile being loaded (like 2133 here). This is the default setting. The board specifies how much RAM it should use.
